Ingredients

1 whole pineapple, peeled and chopped

4 large carrots, washed and chopped

1 thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled

1 orange (optional, for extra citrus brightness)

1 cup water (only if blending instead of juicing)
Instructions

Prepare Ingredients – Wash and peel the pineapple, carrots, and ginger. Cut them into small chunks for easier juicing or blending.

Juice – Run all ingredients through a juicer until smooth.
(If using a blender): Blend with 1 cup water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. -
Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for 30 minutes for a cooler, crisper taste. Pour into glasses and garnish with an orange slice and fresh mint.
