1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 diced onion
3 carrots, sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced
6 cups beef broth
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup pasta (optional)
