Tomato Egg and Beef Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb beef, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch piece of ginger, minced
1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup water
1 cup tomato, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
