Ingredients:
Set A- Marination
• 550g sliced pork
• ground black pepper
• ½ cup soy sauce
• 12pcs calamansi juice/ extract
• 1 tsp liquid seasoning
Set B
• 5 cloves garlic
• 3 tbsp oil
• 2 onions, medium & large
• sugar to balance the taste
• 2 cups hot water
• ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp cornstarch & 2 tbsp water “slurry”
