Start with the Cabbage: Begin by pouring boiling water over the cabbage. This initial step softens the cabbage, making it more digestible and ready to absorb the flavors of the other ingredients.

Sauté and Season: In a pan, lightly sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and pepper, cooking until they’re just soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tomatoes and Eggs: Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to make peeling them easier. After peeling, chop and add them to the pan. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix with sour cream, adding this mixture to the pan.

Combine and Bake: Transfer the vegetable and egg mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes, allowing the ingredients to meld together and the top to turn golden.
