Spread the love

When these come out of the oven, don’t expect leftovers. The flaky, buttery biscuits stuffed with melty provolone and savory roast beef vanish fast. Serve them with warm au jus and you’ll have everyone dipping and devouring in seconds!

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8 servings):

For the Biscuits:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

  • 8 slices deli roast beef (thinly sliced, but not paper-thin)

  • 8 slices provolone cheese (or substitute with mozzarella or Swiss)

For the Garlic-Herb Butter Topping:

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (crushed between your fingers for extra flavor!)

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Au Jus Dipping Sauce:

  • 1 cup beef broth (preferably low-sodium)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce (adds a deep umami flavor!)

  • Optional: a dash of garlic powder or a few onion slices while simmering
