BEER BREWED PORK LOIN RECIPE

Ingredients: 1 pork fillet, 1 pickled onion, prunes, 1 can of beer, salt to taste, ground black pepper, 1 drizzle of olive oil.

Preparation: To start preparing this pork tenderloin with beer, heat a drizzle of oil in the pressure cooker and brown the tenderloin previously seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. When it is ready (just browned), we remove it from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan, adding a little more oil if necessary, we will place the onions, which we will have previously drained. We move them from time to time so that they do not stick together. Once the onions are browned, add the prunes and mix again. After a minute or two, add the pork tenderloin and moisten with the beer.
