1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
