Crispy Mini Blooming Onions in Air Fryer

Ingredients:

4 small onions
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
Instructions:

Prepare the Onions:
Peel the onions and cut off the tops. Carefully cut into each onion to create petals, leaving the root end intact to hold them together.
