Pea and Cumin Rolls

Basic Ingredients:

200g pure milk

80g egg whites (about 2 whites)

45g wheat flour (or corn flour, as needed)

1 tbsp baking powder

Provence herbs & herbal salt (to taste)
Filling Ingredients:

100mg pure milk

200g cumin powder (10%)

80g egg whites
-
40g spring onions (chopped)

Salt (to taste)
Instructions:

Mix the dough: Combine egg whites, flour, baking powder, herbal salt, Provence herbs, and whole wheat flour with cheese.

Shape the dough: Place the dough in a round basket, roll it out with wet hands, and transfer to parchment paper.

Add filling: Pour the egg white mixture, fried cheese, sautéed onions, and cottage cheese into the center.

Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
