Crush the cooked potatoes and allow them to cool down.
Mix the egg, flour, salt, and pepper with the mashed potatoes until well combined.

Cut the onion, carrot, and mushrooms into very small pieces.
Warm up some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onion until it becomes see-through.
Put the carrots and mushrooms in the pan and cook until they are soft.
Put the ground meat in the pan and break it into pieces while it cooks.

Add salt, pepper, and paprika according to your preference.
After the meat is fully cooked, take the pan off the stove and stir in the chopped dill.
