Easy Delicious Roasted Potatoes

The secret to a delicious roasted potatoes recipe is simple and very tasty.

My secret to successfully cooking potatoes either in the oven or pan fried is to do one thing. I always precook them in the microwave. It makes life so much easier. The potatoes become nice and crispy in a shorter time. I never have to hold up dinner because “the potatoes are not cooked yet.”Ingredients
5 medium red potatoes scrubbed and then diced into
bite size pieces
2 tbls mayonaise
1 tsp dill
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion chopped coarsely, not too small
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
