Flame-Kissed Jerk Salmon and Honey Glaze

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.

3. Generously coat the salmon fillets with the jerk mixture, ensuring each fillet is fully covered.

4. Grill the salmon, skin side down, for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
