Watermelon is hydrating and has a high water content that helps flush out toxins and reduce swelling, while lime provides a detoxifying effect.

Ingredients:

Citrus cake
  • 2 cups of watermelon (cubed)
  •  Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (hydrating and replenishing)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the watermelon, lime
  1.  juice, and coconut water together.
  2. Add ice if you want a chilled smoothie.
  3. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.

Benefits: Watermelon is great for hydration and has natural diuretic properties, while coconut water helps balance electrolytes and reduces bloating.

3. Ginger and Lemon Tea

Ginger helps reduce inflammation and supports digestion, while lemon aids in detoxification.

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions:

  1. Grate the ginger and add it to a cup of hot water.
  2. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea and add lemon juice and honey (if desired).
  4. Drink this tea 1-2 times a day to help flush out excess water.
