This hearty casserole is a simple and delicious way to use up leftover chicken.

Chicken Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Cooked chicken (shredded or cubed) 2 cups
Cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cups (divided)
Refrigerated biscuits 1 can (16.3 oz)
Milk 1/4 cup
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Butter, melted 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley or chives (optional) For garnish
