  1. Blanch the Sprouts: Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 4–5 minutes, then dunk them into ice water to cool. This keeps them crisp and vibrant.

  2. Sterilize Your Jars: Make sure your jars and lids are clean and hot.

  3. Spice It Up: In each jar, add garlic, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and red pepper flakes.

  4. Pack & Pour: Fill jars tightly with Brussels sprouts. Boil vinegar, water, salt, and sugar, then pour hot brine over the sprouts.

  5. Seal & Process: Wipe rims, seal jars, and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

  6. Patience Pays Off: Let jars sit for a few weeks to let the flavors fully develop!

🧄 Why You’ll Love Them:

  • Tangy, spicy, and packed with zesty flavor

  • Great on charcuterie boards, Bloody Marys, or straight outta the jar

  • A conversation starter with a legendary name 😄

💬 Dare to Try?

Once you taste one, you’ll either be hooked… or running for water! Either way, they’re seriously unforgettable. So go on, add some Frog Balls to your fridge and watch them disappear. 🐸💚
