Almost any baked goods lose their freshness by the end of the first day, especially yeast dough. The easiest way to solve this problem is with a proven culinary trick: just leave the dough in butter for an hour before baking. Believe me, you won’t be able to make baked goods more tender.

Ingredients:

750 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
600 ml water
200 ml melted butter
7 hard-boiled eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch of green onions
