✅Ingredients:
FOR THE MEATBALLS: 500g ground meat (beef, veal, or a mix)
1 egg 50g breadcrumbs
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
FOR THE PASTA AND SAUCE: 300g pasta (fusilli, penne, or farfalle)
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow or green bell pepper, sliced
100g mushrooms Sliced
1 can of chopped tomatoes (400g)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of sugar (to balance the acidity)
Salt and pepper to taste
50g of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
