Tuscan Garlic chicken pita pizzas

1. Cook the Chicken:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through (5–6 mins). Set aside.

2. Make Garlic Cream Sauce:

In a small saucepan,put olive oil over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Whisk in milk gradually, then add garlic. Cook until thickened (3–4 mins). Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble Pita Pizzas:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place pitas on a baking sheet.

Spread garlic cream sauce over each pita.

Top with cooked chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and cheeses.

4. Bake:

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust edges are golden.

5. Finish & Serve:

Top with fresh basil, arugula, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired. Slice and serve warm!
